This cable is to convert the Energy Intelligence Laptop Powerbank for use with 12V/9V/5V devices.
The kit contains a special voltage converter cable to operate your 12V/9V/5V devices at up to 1.5A using the laptop power bank. Usually you will need a splitter cable if you want to use this setup.
