Refund policy

Conditions for Return/Refund:
You can return any item purchased from our store within 14 days of receipt of the product(s). We guarantee complete satisfaction. You can return products for any reason, but we would like to know the reason for return. For return of working products during these 14 days you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Return/refund is not accepted if the product(s) is damaged due to negligence (drop), liquid spill, or there is visible tampering.
How to start a Return?
To initiate a return, please reach out to us using any of these channels with your order # (EII#) and the reason for return:

We will validate if your order is eligible for return/refund and confirm a return. Once we confirm a return approval, you will need to ship the unit to the address we provide and we will arrange a refund.
Refund due to non-Delivery:
If you do not receive your products within 20 days of your order, we will either ship you a replacement product or allow you to cancel your order. This is very unusual. We also request that if the order arrives after cancellation, please inform us and we will arrange a pickup.
Condition of returns:
Only products received in the same condition as received with no visible damage/tampering are eligible for return. If you received unit(s) damaged in shipping (sometimes they get damaged in transit), please take a picture of the damage as soon as you received it and contact us (email/call/Whatsapp) and let us know if you would like a replacement or refund. Once we confirm a return approval, you will need to ship the unit to the address we provide and we will arrange a refund.
Packaging:
When sending items to us, please pack your order in the original packaging, pack securely, including all accessories, manuals, and a printout of return confirmation email/text. At the minimum please add a note indicating your order # (EII # ) so your account is credited appropriately.
How long does it take to get a refund?
If you paid with a credit/debit card or netbanking, you would get a refund directly to your account within 5-7 days of receipt of the return at our location.

After 7 days of delivery:
After 7 days of receipt, we will repair/replace your unit free of cost for any manufacturing defect within the warranty period. After 7 days of receipt, you will need to ship the unit back at your cost and we will ship a replacement/repaired unit free of charge. Any damage caused by negligence, drop, or spilling of liquids is not covered for warranty repair.
