Where do we ship?

We ship only within India and the Indian Union Territories from our inventory locations in Lucknow or NOIDA in UP, India. We are unable to ship to Andaman & Nicobar Islands due to courier limitations. We hope to start shipping there soon. Currently we do not ship outside India. If you have a query for export, please reach out to us and we will work with you.

All products are ground shipped free of cost.

When do we ship and how long does it take?

We usually dispatch out orders within 2 working days of receiving the order. We ship using reputed couriers like FedEx, Delhivery, Ekart, Xpressbees, ECom, Dtdc Trackon and for most metropolitan areas our couriers can deliver your order within 4-5 days. For other areas, delivery takes 6-8 days.

How to track your order?

Once your order is shipped you will be able to track the delivery. You will get delivery details in your text or email. If you are unable to track your package, please reach us at hello@energyintelligence.in or +917004712808 and we will contact the courier and get the delivery status . If you do not receive your order within 10 days of placing the order, please contact us, we will investigate with the courier and ship a replacement or allow you to cancel your order.

What about COD (Cash on Delivery)?
