Q: What is the warranty coverage for this product?
A: The model comes with an 18 month default warranty (you can purchase additional 18 totalling total up to 36 month with extra cost of 15% while making the order ) from the manufacturer, covering defects in materials and workmanship. See Warranty Policy
The initial expression is good. The build quality strong with metal casing, i actually wanted to order the model with 12v port, but ordered the one with only 220v socket, and its fine by me. Initial charge took about 6 to 7 hours, the fast charger has a indication light which turns GREEN if its charging and RED if its full. I have observed the backup during a power cut for 4 hours straight and i am impressed with that result.
One observation is that during the usage when main line power is available the fast charger light shows green which means that its charging the device continuously, but instead it should operate directly with main line power if available and switch to battery when not. (This is just an observation from my view and i am not sure, whether it's True in the technical perspective).
Overall i am satisfied till now ( less than one month usage). Will update my review overtime if anything changes.
