Some customers who purchased High Capacity Power Bank + UPS between 12Dec'21 and 31Jan'22 experienced issues charging the laptop battery on a very limited laptop models. Our service department has made replacement of a smart connector as needed. If you have a similar situation please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
