Based on use case of some of you requiring shorter backup time (for e.g. during the cutover to generator), we have introduced a lower capacity unit. This is an 18WHr unit that provides 2-4 hour backup. This is available in 12V or 9V configuration. As always 'your mileage will vary', depending on your router. All the remaining features stay the same. Same unique design, same protections, same 24x7 operation and yes the best in class 3 year warranty.
Many of you look for cables to connect two devices, connect between 3.5mm and 5.5mm jacks and those cables are hard to find. Over the last few months we developed some local sourcing for these cables and connectors (we are all about developing indigenous capability) and these are now available in the Accessory Collection.
A few of you reached us because you were not getting enough backup from just a few of the routers (usually Jio, BSNL and Syrotech). Working with you we have diagnosed the issue and lies with the voltage sensitivity of these routers. We have a special Voltage Equalizer for these units in Accessory collection.
